SEE Leaning aims to build a compassionate citizenry that builds Bharat through a caring heart, a doing hand and a discerning mind. Social Emotional and Ethical Learning (SEE Learning) is an international program to promote social, emotional, and ethical literacy in K-12 (Kindergarten through high school) classrooms across the globe to educate heart and mind. The vision of SEE Learning:
To develop competencies for awareness of self, others and appreciating interdependence.
To enhance attention and mindfulness along with system thinking approach
To build a compassionate education system with essence of common humanity
We strongly believe by focusing on social, emotional, and ethical learning we can address a myriad of challenges and situations that individuals encounter in various aspects of life. In academic settings, students often face bullying, peer pressure, and stress, which can negatively impact their emotional well-being. By emphasizing social and emotional learning, schools can create a supportive environment where students develop resilience, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills, effectively navigating these challenges.
Moreover, ethical learning helps individuals grapple with moral dilemmas and make principled decisions, preparing them for ethical challenges in their personal and professional lives. In the workplace, emphasizing these aspects contributes to the creation of a positive organizational culture, fostering teamwork, communication, and ethical conduct.
Interventions

- SEEL-based assessments are introduced to make student evaluations more holistic and emotionally informed.
- A cadre of SEEL Ambassadors is developed to support officials and nurture a SEEL-enabled ecosystem.
- SEEL Ambassadors play a key role in spreading awareness and implementing SEEL principles at various levels.
- Middle managers are empowered to lead SEEL implementation in schools and sustain the initiative over time.
- The impact of SEEL is demonstrated through school-level interventions in grades 6–12.
- Creative initiatives like “Khushiyon ki Deewar” (Walls of Happiness) and SEEL Corners are established to foster positive, inclusive learning spaces.
